UPDATE: well clearly this didn't work out. Someone recently pointed out to me that I had not logged a workout for a long time. I recently had a medical incident that prevents me from working out. But they were right. I have worked out since the last post here but have not logged it publicly. Let's see if I can in the future.
I was in a car accident (I'm fine) and that put a dent in my "exercise everyday" plans. I ended up making it 261 days. I didn't work out today but did an hour of walking with ankle weights and 25 minutes of ski erg yesterday.
10 mins core 10 mins hip stretches 5x5 bench press 145lb
ski erg 150 cals stretching (total 45 mins)
run 3.76 mi in 36:25. Strava classified as an "afternoon walk". wtf. stretch 10 mins remember to use the jigsaw on calves
crawling back... 4x5 back squat 145 lbs 1x5 back squat 165 lbs 25 pullups hang for one minute 100 cal ski erg in 6:52
run 5 mi in 47 mins (easy pace) stopped a couple times to stretch calves
walk with 10lb weights on ankles for 45 mins
bench 5x5 145 lbs 25 pullups hanging for a minute light squats (up to 125 lbs) stretching
walk with 10lb weights on ankles for an hour
ran 5.2 mi in 45:51
